The Anoka County Regional Rail Authority (ACRRA) last week adopted a resolution withdrawing from the Minneapolis-Duluth/Superior Passenger Rail Alliance joint powers agreement that supports the proposed Northern Lights Express (NLX) high speed rail service.
The line would travel daily between Minneapolis and Duluth with stops in Coon Rapids, Cambridge, Hinckley, and Superior, Wisconsin.
